Jakar Dzong, also known as the Castle of the White Bird, is one of the largest and most impressive dzongs in Bhutan. Overlooking the scenic Choekhor Valley, it serves as the administrative and religious center of Bumthang and is a major cultural highlight for visitors traveling to central Bhutan.
